Lip Fixer
A long-lasting fixing powder for longer-lasting lip make-up; use on top of any lipstick, smudge-proof.
Usage:
Take a small amount of powder with the brush provided and pat onto your lips.
Formula
RICE STARCH: Natural powder, extremely non-toxic and safe, with a very high absorbency, gives the skin a matte effect and helps absorb sebum and excessive oiliness of the skin. It also allows the pigments to fix better to the skin having an excellent adhesiveness.
